i saw a girl in new york sitting on the steps of her brownstone wearing a messy bun, t-shirt, knit pants, & these sunglasses.  i have not been able to forget about how hot she looked & how hot these sunglasses are.

aha moment !

i just had a mini aha moment.  when i go out shopping for myself, i put a lot of thought into what i want, and i usually go out knowing almost exactly what i am looking for.  but when i get ready in the morning, i hate putting a lot of thought into what goes on my body.  i am usually spending my brain power thinking about what crazy things will happen at work that day !  i put in the effort up front so i don't have to put much thought into what i pick out every morning.  AHAAA !!

today was not an exception.  comfortable.  easy. chic (hopefully).

nyc mish mosh

just got back from a weekend in new york for my dear friend sunhi's wedding !  both the wedding at the tribeca rooftop & the bride in monique lhuillier were STUNNING !  a few shots from the wedding, as well as just out and about around the city.  aside from the wedding, i spent most of the weekend in lightweight knit dresses that were perfect for the 95 degree weather + humidity...

it's a traffic jam outside !  everyone is so excited to get home for the weekend...saw cars bumper to bumper on my glorious 2 block commute home from work.

after 10 straight days of work & 5 days in the studio, i am spent & ready for some r & r.
